Owners can optionally use their week at Jacobs Landing, rent it, sell it, will it, give it away,
or exchange their week through RCI for a week at any one of over 4,000 resorts worldwide.
Jacobs Landing owners pay a one time purchase price and associated closing costs. Owners are also
respectablee for payment of their annual association (maintenance) fees that include real estate taxes
and all other costs to maintain your unit in Gold Crown condition.
