68 Unit Resort Development at Birch Bay
Conditional use and development permits for an additioanl 68 condominiums in Birch Bay, Washington were received in July 1998. Wetlands permits were received and fill was completed in 1999. An additional 8,000 sq.ft. of retail will be built in this building.
